We provide specialized therapy for adults who are new parents, frontline workers and/or complex trauma.

Together, we explore your concerns so you can overcome feeling overwhelmed, irritable, and burnout, to experience the life we know you deserve.

We are situated on the traditional land of the Anishnaabeg people. The Anishnaabeg include the Ojibwe, Odawa, and Pottawatomi nations, collectively known as the Three Fires Confederacy.
