Who/What is the Simcoe County Women’s Health Network (SCWHN:formerly the SCPPN)?
The SCWHN is a group of connected practitioners providing specialized, up-to-date evidence based care to clients from pre-conception, pregnancy, birthing to postpartum.
By committing to the SCWHN, our members share a believe in collaborative, holistic care with the community and our clients at the heart of what we do.

To provide education related to perinatal care and supporting the professionals that provide it
