As an Indigenous care provider, she works with clients covered under the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program, providing culturally sensitive and holistic care to residents of Newfoundland.
Raylynn is deeply committed to fostering resilience and healing in her clients. She integrates evidence-based therapeutic approaches to empower individuals to navigate life’s challenges with strength, dignity, and support. She also leads therapeutic groups for the inmate population at Her Majesty’s Penitentiary, extending her impact and providing valuable mental health care to incarcerated individuals.
Outside of her professional work, Raylynn is a passionate beekeeper and is a certified Master Beekeeper. In her downtime, she can often be found tending to her apiary, finding peace and connection with nature while nurturing her love for the craft.

Raylynn White is a highly skilled and experienced Registered Social Worker with 25 years of expertise in mental health, hospital-based care, and community support.
Licensed in both Newfoundland and Ontario, Raylynn has provided individual, couples,and group therapy, with specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), grief therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
Throughout her extensive career, Raylynn has worked across a broad spectrum of hospital settings, including psychiatry, forensic mental health, intensive care (ICU), palliative care, child health, community health, and senior care. She currently specializes in women’s health, focusing on areas such as obstetrics, labor and delivery, gynecology, and fetal demise support.
